The One Bali is a tattoo, barber and piercing studio at Jl. Camplung Tanduk No. 5, Seminyak, Bali, Indonesia (NIB 1909250100601). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

02What we collect

• When you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram: your name, phone number or username, your messages, and any reference photos you send.
• When you book or visit: your appointment details and the services you received. For tattoos and piercings we check your photo ID to confirm you're 18 or over, and we may ask about health conditions that affect your treatment.
• When you pay: payments by card, QRIS, bank transfer or Wise are processed by those providers. We don't store your full card details.
• When you visit this website: basic usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics.

03How we use it

• To reply to you, prepare your design and manage your booking.
• To provide a safe service and keep the records we need for that.
• To show finished work in our portfolio and on social media, unless you ask us not to.
• To understand how people use our website and improve it.

04Cookies and third-party services

This website uses cookies from Google Analytics to measure visits. The map on our pages is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies. Links to WhatsApp and Instagram take you to services run by Meta, under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We don't sell your information. We only share it with the services we use to run the studio and this website (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Google and our web host), or when the law requires it.

We keep booking and health information for as long as we need it to provide your service and meet our legal obligations, and then delete it. Website analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics' retention settings.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to remove a photo of your tattoo from our website or social media. Message us and we'll take care of it.
