Terms & booking policy

01Who we are

These terms apply to tattoo, piercing and barber services at The One Bali, Jl. Camplung Tanduk No. 5, Seminyak, Bali, Indonesia (NIB 1909250100601). By booking or receiving a service from us, you agree to them.

02Bookings and deposits

Tattoo appointments are confirmed once we receive a deposit of 20% of the quoted price. The deposit reserves your artist's time and covers the design work, and it is deducted from your final price.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Barber and piercing services do not usually need a booking or deposit.

03Rescheduling and cancellations

• You can move your appointment once, free of charge, if you tell us at least 48 hours before it starts. Your deposit moves with you.
• If you cancel, change with less than 48 hours' notice, or ask to move a second time, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is needed to book again.
• If we have to move your appointment, for example because your artist is ill, your deposit is carried over to a new date that suits you, or refunded if no date works.

04Late arrival and no-shows

Please message us if you're running late. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late we may need to shorten your session or move it, and the rescheduling rules above apply. If you don't arrive and don't contact us, the deposit is forfeited.

05Age and identification

You must be 18 or over, with a valid photo ID, to be tattooed or pierced. We don't make exceptions, even with a parent's permission. Haircuts are available for all ages; children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult.

06Health and consent

Before we start, you'll be asked to confirm that you are fit to be tattooed or pierced. Please tell us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take blood-thinning medication, or have diabetes, a heart condition, epilepsy, a blood-borne illness, allergies, or a skin condition on the area.

We will not tattoo or pierce anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and we may decline or stop any service if we believe it isn't safe.

07Prices and payment

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Small tattoos start from IDR 500K; other work is quoted individually before we begin, and the quoted price is the price you pay unless you change the design, size or placement.

The balance is paid at the end of your session. We accept Cash (IDR), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, QRIS, bank transfer and Wise.

08Refunds

Tattoos and piercings are custom services carried out on your body, so they can't be refunded once started. If something doesn't look right while it heals, message us with a photo and we'll look at it with you.

09Designs and copyright

Designs drawn by our artists remain their creative work. We may use your references as inspiration, but we don't copy another artist's tattoo exactly. Please don't share our drawings with other studios to be tattooed elsewhere.

10Photos of your work

We like to photograph finished work for our portfolio, website and social media. If you'd prefer we don't, just tell us before the session and we won't.

11Aftercare and results

How a tattoo or piercing heals depends a lot on aftercare. We'll explain it before you leave, and our aftercare guide is on this website. We can't be responsible for problems caused by not following the aftercare advice, such as swimming or sun exposure during healing.

12Liability

We take every reasonable care to keep our services safe and hygienic. To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for reactions or complications we could not reasonably have foreseen, including allergic reactions to inks or jewellery you did not tell us about.

13Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to new bookings. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
